Study Tourism (Level 3) at BYA and you will focus on developing your customer service, sales, communication, and administration skills to prepare you for the busy world of Tourism. You will see how the knowledge of tourist destinations that you gained in Level 2 can be applied to create incredible experiences for travellers and how you, as a tourism expert, can work to make your customers’ dreams a reality. On top of all this you’ll have opportunities to take part in a variety of field-trips and excursions, all while building friendships that will last a lifetime.

This course will give you a taste of all that tourism has to offer and will prepare you for a role as a travel agent, as well as opening doors into other areas of the tourism industry.
